Sears Home Service and their Tech Ricky were awesome! Easy to schedule, timely, friendly, just a great experience to get the Freezer fixed. Ricky was friendly, timely, and got the work done quickly. If we need repairs again, will definitely call Sears and hope we get Ricky as our tech.

I’ve been going through them for years and they are absolutely AMAZING! I bought my washer though them the first time , they accidentally broke the tub while moving but they upgraded me free of charge! My dryer just died on me and I bought one for a great price and they gave me a nice discount for previously purchasing through them! 10/10 I recommend they’re very reasonably priced! Thank you guys so much for everything!
