Overall great experience, Mark S was very nice! Repairs were covered under our protection plan, so unsure what it would of costs. But Mark S was punctual and knowledgeable. Our repair was done very quickly. Already finished a load of laundry since he left!

Winfred was able to diagnose the problem with our icemaker. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not come with water (as we thought it would) so there is no way to purge the water filter after changing it out prior to making ice. We've been trying to figure this out for a long time. I have now contacted GE.
