Our service technician Mohamed arrived in a timely manner, attempted to register all the appliances but was unable to do so. He inspected and serviced our A/C unit and gave me information on future maintenance of the units. On a side note: Sears needs to update their application for their warranty service. I added new appliances but cannot remove the old ones.
