My Kenmore Elite refrigerator stopped getting cold. John was the Sears Appliance repair tech that came to service it. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained that we needed a compressor ($1,500 including labor). My husband and I decided to buy a new refrigerator. I would recommend John for any appliance you need serviced.

The serviceman did a great job. The space he has to work in is very tight but he didn't complain. He is very non intrusive and gets the job done fast. He has been here several times for different jobs and always does a great job.
