Mark took the machine apart efficiently and diagnosed the problems, reassembled it and explained everything in detail. He also answered all questions that I had and was most cordial during the entire time here. He had to use a lot of muscle and strength to disassemble the machine and was sweating profusely by the time he finished. I was most impressed by all that he did in such a short period of time (about 55 minutes).
