Muhammad arrived at the scheduled time that he had told me. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. He listened to me explaining the issue we were experiencing with our A/C and then conducted his inspection of the A/C unit. He explained what the problem was and how to resolve it. He took care of dealing with our home warranty company to get the authorization and was able to fix our A/C on his 1st visit. I would highly recommend using Sears and Muhammad. Thank Y'all

Technician called to keep me advised of arrival time. He did not find an issue at this time, but did clean around the coils. He was very friendly and professional.
