Got the oven fixed but I wouldn’t use them again.

Top drawer of freezer doesn't open all the way. We need the technician to come back ASAP.

The worker was great. The issue is the price. Our washers drain pump went out. The part only costs $30. The total service cost we paid was $350. The washer itself I purchased from Facebook marketplace for $50-$100 with the dryer. If I’m paying $350 I should’ve just bought a new one for less. Doesn’t make any sense using the service when you can find the products themselves on Facebook marketplace for cheaper. Technician was great, but the service put me down $350 when I could’ve just bought a new washer, ridiculous pricing. Just to get an appointment they’ll charge you $190. Insanely overpriced just buy a new product on FB. Save yourself the money.

The technician did a great job but I still haven't received the message with my credit card receipt. I text the company and not heard back. I give the technician 5 stars and the company that refused to send a message that shows my credit card receipt for tax purposes a one for failing to complete the job.

Repair was in a house that was under construction and not occupied. Told the tech he could enter and he even told me to text him the garage code over phone. I show up not more than 10 mins after our phone conversation. No one in site. NOT ONCE did anyone mention someone had to be there, which is absolutely stupid since the house is under construction. Your tech didn’t mention someone had to be there because he saw an opportunity not to have to do his job. And you then you try to not take accountability? Im almost positive that when the tech explained what happened, most of this was left out. Yeah, real good business.

The technician did technically make my furnace work. However the quality of work he did is super questionable I brought up the fact that the other wires inside the unit look almost as bad as the one that failed but the technician insisted that because the furnace did come on that the job was done This is totally unacceptable! This is actually quite dangerous! Why would someone leave an elderly widows home wiring like this? Especially when everything is under warranty! I'm seriously considering taking these photos to the local paper! Why only fix one jumper when the whole set is compromised? Who does that? This could have taken approximately 20 minutes more to have a safe system ready for summer. I have left the unit disconnected for fear of electric fire since my last "service".

I'm a licensed electrician, but my grandmother was tricked into getting this warranty when she bought her air-conditioning unit a decade ago Her furnace was out during the recent cold spell so I opened the unit to diagnose the problem and make sure it wasn't on the line side - outside the warranty coverage zone And sure enough it wasn't, whoever built this mobile home did a great job on all the wiring I've seen so far What DOESN’T look good is the hack work they did when installing the ac and the wiring inside the furnace The AC wiring was pulled right up into the panel to piggyback on the furnace breaker and hangs loose all the way to the unit. But the furnace wiring is absolute garbage The tech the warranty service sent out literally only replaced the one jumper that was completely broken- technically "fixing" the problem of the furnace not working HOWEVER this wiring is dangerous! Broken and derated conductors, poor/sloppy connections, corrosion and a crispy jumper🤦♂️ I shut the breaker off so my grandmother wouldn't accidentally cause any more problems with the furnace as the weather is getting warmer anyway But seriously- what kind of person does this to the elderly!? Now this issue STILL needs to be resolved before warmer weather causes the need for air conditioning 😑 what, did they need the extra 100$ service charge so badly they need to swindle and elderly woman?

They claim that you will get back your diagnostic fee of 129 plus tax if you accept the job and they will apply it towards the repair cost. Our heating element went out on our dryer and the tech quoted us an estimate that is about five or six times the cost that others have quoted in the area. Not to mention the estimate that he quoted is worth more than the machine was worth five years ago when purchased brand new!!!! I feel like it was a bait and switch. Found an email address online and have not received any type of response. Needless to say, we did not use the service because this is highway robbery and price gouging.

We have a contract through America Homeshield in which Sears Appliance Repair is vendor. We had parts already sent to our home for a January 25, 2025 service with an 8am-5pm service window. At 4:45pm we got a text to reschedule. The first available appointment was February 3, 2025 from 8am-5pm. At 11:45am I got a text that I needed to reschedule, again for a 8am-5pm window. Upon calling, I was told “a technician was not going to be in my area.” When I asked about why a technician is not in an area he was scheduled to work in, I was told one was unavailable. When I asked for a guarantee one would be in my service area on the third scheduled day, I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience but I needed to choose a third scheduled service. This would be my third day taking off of work, because a SCHEDULED service doesn’t have a service tech in my area. We now are having to work with another vendor. This is unacceptable!
