On time Josiah rang the doorbell and as I opened the door I see a smiling gentleman in a tidy uniform with his toolbox. After greeting I showed him the disabled appliance, Josiah quickly assessed that he needed to move the heavy appliance to change the part. He finished the job in quick and clean manner. Josiah made sure the part is working properly and my appliance is in good condition. Pushed the appliance back in place and cleaned up the work area. He thanked me and asked if I've any questions.
