Our refrigerator has been broken for 7 months. Sears home warranty has done an absolutely terrible job of having months of canceled appointments and other technicians that didn't know what they were doing. Alberto is the ONLY one in this time that has been able to fix the issue and get our fridge working again. Thank you Alberto! You're the best there is 😁

Mario was great and was knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. However, a part was ordered and when it was received, I called to schedule the installation. then within a few hours I got a note that the part was delayed and Sears had rescheduled the appointment. I called and informed the call center that I had the part and needed them to reinstate my scheduled appointment. Ultimately this happened twice more on Friday, on Saturday, on Sunday. Then on Monday at 0700 the appt, was still good at 07:45 the system rescheduled again, I called and they added an appt for Monday afternoon. I waited all day for the repair and then at 5:26 PM I received a text that the repairman was on the way, then 10 minutes later I received another text to tell me the repairman was not able to arrive at my home today. The system rescheduled for today and Mario showed up. The call center and your information system is lacking they kept telling me your system showed I did not have the part, when in fact the UPS tracking number on your site showed the part received on Friday. The system kept canceling my appt as it did not interface with the tracking information. Ultimately, I had to place more than a dozen calls to get the return visit rescheduled and my appt was canceled without any coordination. Bottom line is your scheduling and information system need a major rework and you really need a call center with live people vice the AI scheduling.
