Service not performed
The technician didn't show up he called on 2/06/2024. The part has not been installed it is in the package it came in. The tech has told us that he can't do hardware and that I need to get a plug. This tech has shown up to my home 2-3 times and has not installed the part to my range. When are we going to get the part installed? What is the purpose of a protection agreement? I have called Sears several times only to get a computer to resolve this issue. We have been Sears customers for over 30 years and this is the way we are treated. This is bad customer service.

He deserves 0 but it's not letting me submit without
Not a very good experience. Very frustrated that I get home from work and the washer is not working when he came to fix it. Apparently he fixed it but I don't think he fixed nothing. Very very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to nobody.

Did Not Meet Service Level Expectation
The technician reeked of cigarettes. He had to call a coworker who walked him through the entire troubleshooting and evaluation of my appliance over the phone. Said he wasn't very familiar with Kenmore products. Not the service level expectation I have ever experienced with Sears.

Not thorough enough.
Harold came to my home in 10/12. Per my camera footage he was in my house a total of 11 minutes. With 4 of those minutes being outside to "order parts". He did not properly diagnose my dishwasher issue and took at face value what I personally thought was wrong with my dishwasher and why it was tripping the breaker. He opened the door once. Asked me if I checked had my breaker serviced. Stepped out and came back in to say "see you next Thursday." When he got here today 10/24 because your dispatch team failed to assign a technician for my 10/19 8-5 appointment, He spend a total of 14 minutes in my home. He was amicable, professional, and nice to my son but again just installed the part asked me to turn on my breaker left the dishwasher running but didn't ensure it would not trip the breaker again and left. No proper diagnosis was completed again to ensure the dishwasher was repaired and would not have the same issue.

Most of the Repair Men that you send are Courteous and Friendly. Daeton was different and made me uncomfortable. I will not have him in my home again.

My home warranty company contracted with Sears/A&E Services to repair my refrigerator. A&E scheduled a technician to perform the repair on 1 Sept 23 .... and late on the afternoon of 1 Sept 23, the technician canceled that appointment. We were rescheduled for 7 Sept 23. This time, the technician never showed, never called, despite several calls I made inquiring as to an ETA. A&E, again, re-scheduled for 12 Sept 23, but by that time, I had loudly complained to the home warranty company and the job was taken from A&E and given to another vendor scheduled for 13 Sept 23. Today, 12 Sept 23, the A&E technician appeared, only to be told my repair had been dispatched to another company. While the technician was nice, he was also 12 days late! Additionally, I had been assured by my home warranty company A&E had been informed they had lost my business .... and they dispatched a technician anyway?? This is not an inconsequential appliance which failed (likely the compressor). In our modern world, a refrigerator is kind of necessary. Living out of an ice chest for two weeks is no fun. (Yes, I know. First World problem.) Not only did I lose the food from the 'fridge and freezer failing (out of town when it failed), I also lost some food during the past two weeks. All in all, I cannot say this lives up to the standards of the Sears with which I grew up. I know nothing about their skill, but based on their non-communication and canceling appointments, I cannot recommend A&E Services.
