technician lift without taking a look to my air condition by the time I open the door they're gone.I'm waiting for them all day long I didn't go to work and this is the second time happening technician has my phone number never text me or call me to confirm that he's leaving or anything like that.

He came, looked and said in halting English. Low on Freon so must buy new freezer, probably Frigidaire. No one can get R-12 anymore.

Terrible service and poor customer service. Called them so many times but they never seems to fix the problem and wasted a lot of my time. I am very disappointed with this company. Will not recommend to anyone.

Outside unit running but still no lt working properly

Collin was nice and worked to get the part added that was said that I needed, but I was not convinced everything was working properly and I was correct. The outside unit has been going all night to try and keep up with the 72° temperature on my thermostat, but the temperature in the house keeps falling it is currently 65° and doesn't go above 65. I really wasn't comfortable in believing my unit was working properly before Collin left, but he assured me that it was. But, at the time due to having my fireplace burning and using electric heaters in the house it wa already 74°in the house. He had to place the unit on 75 to see if it was working. I know that the 20 something degree weather might cause the outside unit come on and run more often (possibly), but if the unit cannot catch up with the temperature in the house wouldn't you agree something else is wrong? What I need is to have your company Determine what is not happening correctly and fix it, please.

Scheduled to be here between 1 and 5pm but he never showed up! Disappointing that he signed off on being here. "Technician Comments Bosch already replaced icemaker unable to source valve or board The technician comments aren't true, had he shown up at my house he would have known that.

Ask for another Technican

This guy (won't call him technician) didn't even check the inside thermostat said outside condenser had blockage from grass. He cleaned, air still blows hot. Requested another visit and technician says unit has no Freon, found leakage SMH
