Our technician, Micah, was timely, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He was thorough in checking the source of the problem and was prepared with the part on the truck. Thankful for this service.

Josiah is a very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. He arrived as scheduled and went right to work. After his trouble shooting of the refrigerator, he found a bad compressor. However, the part was not in stock and he had to order it. He informed me that it would be about a week before it arrives. I hope he returns to install the part!
