Our overall experience with the technicians is always great. Luckily we had purchased the extended warranty and they are always prompt to schedule diagnostics visit and order parts. It just sucks that with new appliances that this is the new norm that the can't last long than year needing repairs on them.

Although my washer was not beneficial to repair, Mario was fantastic. He explained the issue, offered advice on how I wash and what settings are best based on fabric. He offered suggestions on new washers and was extremely helpful. I would definitely use Sears appliance repair in the future.
