William,M and his trainee was the best technician I have had thus far, and they were thorough in servicing both of my HVAC unit. I have had my unit serviced twice a year for the pass eight years, and this is the first time that a technician has been this thorough. They checked and tested the electrical component for the yearly maintenance check-up and his trainee received an excellent orientation.
