Micah did everything he could to fix our problem which was now 3 weeks long. He resolved our issue and went above and beyond to be sure our problem was fixed. He discovered we had more issues than were previously diagnosed and he seems to have resolved our issue. He wasn't in a hurry to check us off his list, he wanted to be sure we had our issues resolved.
