poor scheduling
Floyd V did a great job, but I won't use your services again unless you work on your scheduling. Making a person waste a whole day waiting for service is poor. A 3-4 hour time block to expect a service call is not unreasonable, I could even accept a morning or afternoon, but a 7AM to 6PM or 8Am to 5PM is unreasonable
