He did absolutely nothing to fix our refrigerator. He left and it's still broken and even louder than before he was here.

Not Pleased
It would have been great if Kyle listened to my concern and actually confirm where the leaking was coming from. If water is under the washer how is the water heater leaking. He was short and could not provide a real answer. So hopefully it is the water heater?!

Poor communication
I called to set up an appointment service for my dryer. The representative told me about this warranty that I could get, how much it pays, the terms of the agreement. However, he failed to mention that once I set up my payment with a debit or credit card, that my card would not be on file for payment once the technician arrived. Which means I would have to call and find out how do I set up the payment for the technician's service. This was a real inconvenience because I work out of town, not having access to a phone or my Debit or credit cards during work hours. Mind you I work at least 14-15 hours a day, they are closed when I get to work and closed once I'm off.

Not a reflection of Kelvin, but of the Company
Worst experience ever. It is absolutely impossible to call or contact the Company in any way shape or form. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being poor service, I would give the company a scale of -10 (NEGATIVE TEN). I would never recommend this company, and would warn everyone to avoid them like the plague.

Multiple repair visits, (5). No positive results
Im sure the repair technicians are tired of coming out. We are tired too! Same problem and 12 hours later. No ice produced! I was not home but my wife was. It seems the technician was short and tired of coming out and stated what the problem was within moments of being there. Wrong answer! We are tired also of being strung along! Maybe send someone else who realizes we pay a monthly fee to have stuff work or replaced. Does it sound like I'm frustrated?? You would be wrong! Beyond frustrated!

Don't Buy Kenmore or other Sears appliances
Short version: all contact with Sears Home Sevices is done online and there is no way to speak to a live person. So the repair which should have taken one day to complete has now taken four days and counting. The tech, Daniel M, replaced the compressor yesterday but missed the fact that the fan is not working despite an error code on the display panel (code "Er rF"). Because of this, it will be at least two more days until the refrigerator is back in working order. Had I been able to speak to someone or even post a problem/comment online on their website or through their bizarre phone system I likely could have had the repair completed in a timely fashion. Instead, the first tech (Robert R) did nothing but diagnose the problem on Monday. He promised to return the next day with parts to effect the repair but he never returned. I had to make a new appointment online for Wednesday and Daniel came and replaced the compressor. And while it seems that he did a good job with that issue, he totally missed the fact that the fan isn't working in the fridge and I *STILL* can't use it. The saga continues and you can be sure I will never buy another Sears product given their level of service.
