No call/no show
I had a confirmed appointment for 10-19; however, no one called or appeared. Subsequently, I received a request from Sears Home Services asking me to evaluate the performance of the service man assigned to repair dishwasher. Since no repair was done, I could not honor that request. In addition, I was forwarded copies of labor agreement charges allegedly signed by me. The signature was definitely not mine.

Technician visit
He showed up more than an hour early . I spoke to him on the phone and asked him to wait for 30 min . He said no . It's not his fault . It's the schedule system that misled me . There was no msg left on my voice mail to call so I could reschedule today . I would love to if possible . Regards

Washing Machine Patchwork Fix -1 week
The technician did not listen to me in regards to the problem with the wash machine. He cleaned it out and stated due to the hose not being properly placed to drain and money in the machine that was the problem. However when he ran the washer before he left… it sounded like a heavy duty lawnmower/ machinery. He stated that was fine.. it's not fine. A week later the machine is still stopping in the middle of the wash cycle, it won't drain. The virtual technician stated the pump was going out… the pump was not replaced by the technician who came to my home. This is poor customer care and service especially since this is the start of school and it is impeding on me preparing my child for the first week of classes with clean clothes.

icebox not working, will not make ice cubes
he reset the icemaker it dropped about six or seven cubes, but it has not dropped any more since then the fridge is not fixed and I need someone to come back out and work on it again

Bad service
I had an appointment for Monday and the tech showed up and said the part had to be ordered that's understandable. He rescheduled my appointment for Thursday between 8-12. 12:00 came and went had no calls or text messages saying there was any problems. My wife took off of work for no reason. I called and got the Automated call center and couldn't talk to no one. It said my appointment needed to be rescheduled and no explanation. So I rescheduled for Friday (today) between 8-12. I got a message from the tech saying that I was 4th on his list for the day and it was already after 10:30 am. I already knew he wasn't going to make it on time. So I messaged the tech at 1:00pm and asked if he could give me a time of when he might be showing and he said between 1-2. He messaged me at 2 and said he was 30 minutes out. He show and replaced the part on my washer and left. My wife ran a load of laundry and it shut off and gave a code of F-20 and I looked it up and says it's a door latch problem. So now it's still Not Able to run a load of laundry. I'm not happy at all!!!

Stove
Been a month without a stove. Over six random men (techs) in and out of a home with disabled humans. Still no stove. No help. No cooperation. Awful.

Horrible
He did absolutely nothing to fix our refrigerator. He left and it's still broken and even louder than before he was here.

Not Pleased
It would have been great if Kyle listened to my concern and actually confirm where the leaking was coming from. If water is under the washer how is the water heater leaking. He was short and could not provide a real answer. So hopefully it is the water heater?!
