Washer Repair
The tech took time and evaluated the issue. Unfortunately, the washer didn't leak while he was there, but he did run the washer a few times before leaving. He didn't rush out of there.

Samuel completed my repair and communicated each step of the process. The only reason he wasn't given a 5 rating was the old parts were left for.me to dispose of.

Floyd was not the same technician as the first two times. He did not know what he was getting into. We were not told ahead of time that the whole refrigerator would have to be emptied. We had to scramble and make do with coolers and the spare refrigerator which was already mostly full. He was grumpy. He did complete the recall service which we HOPE will FINALLY solve the problem.

Francisco's service was definitely 5 stars. Great attitude and very knowledgeable and efficient. He had the part and fixed the problem in a short time. Impressive. I think the cost for this really simple job at over $500 is, frankly, outrageous. I guess this is a result of "inflation". We are reaching the point it's not a value to fix anything anymore. Just toss it I guess, get new.

My washer has continued to have an unusually loud noise when it's in each of the spin cycles.

Kelvin came out to repair the washer. He clear some paper from the washer and informed me it was repaired. The next morning when we attempted to wash the washer would not work. I contacted Kelvin and he informed me to contact my warranty company. There is a code flashing that has not been addressed. I wish this issue was fully responded and the washer completely repaired.

Mark was fast and did the repair work in a timely manner unfortunately the refrigerator had leake where the compressor was connected and was not working due to the leak.
