The part order by another tech to fix the downdraft turned out to not be the correct part nor the actual problem. He worked through it all, gave me two options to proceed. Excellent service and he had Ann excellent manner.

Mark has been able to diagnose problems with dishwasher quickly each time. However today he said the first tech had ordered the wrong computer board which had been installed at a previous appointment. It's definitely taking longer to fix my appliance than expected. I also know my home warranty company isn't speedy either.
