Larry called ahead of time to ask me about the ongoing issues with refrigerator/Icemaker. He listened well and when he arrived was quickly able to identify the problem.

We were very pleased with technician, Daniel. He took his time and did a through assessment of our refrigerator, and found the problem. In our family, Sears has always been dependable. In fact, my father, who was a retired Air Force Chief Master, worked with Sears for many years. I will continue to use Sears for future appliance needs.
