Robert is absolutely SEARS Home Service's best asset. He's honest, helpful, and explains everything up front. He critically thinks about everything, giving tips and pointers how to keep your, in this case, washer well-maintained. He does not mind if the owner is during repairs. He is very relaxed when he talks to you and explains everything leaving time for questions. He really seems to care about what he is doing, so that it's just not a job he goes to. I wish more home services technicians were as awesome as Robert. Thank you so much!
