Sam was most professional and knowledgeable . Thank you fofr having service people of his caliber. I am not pleased with the service I received regarding this repair, however. I waited all day Friday which was the day scheduled and did not learn until that afternoon that the tech was not coming and noone would be coming until Monday. I spent the entire weekend sopping up dripping water fearing it would go into my dining room and destroy the carpet. There is no way to contact you other than three selections on a automatic system.

Mark was amazing and very helpful compared to other techs. After 3 months of awaiting the repair of our refrigerator and awaiting parts. When the parts finally came in, it was wrong. Mark made it happen for us and fixed our fridge with the extra part he had in his company vehicle. I was so grateful and appreciative for his hard work because I wasn't gonna without a refrigerator again. Thanks so much Mark and keep up the good work! Sears really gave us a run for our money and we need more employees like MARK!
