William (Bill) came to our house today just when he said he would. He went right to work our cloths dryer. In a reasonable amount of time he had it repair. Mark was amazing and very helpful compared to other techs. After 3 months of awaiting the repair of our refrigerator and awaiting parts. When the parts finally came in, it was wrong. Mark made it happen for us and fixed our fridge with the extra part he had in his company vehicle. I was so grateful and appreciative for his hard work because I wasn't gonna without a refrigerator again. Thanks so much Mark and keep up the good work! Sears really gave us a run for our money and we need more employees like MARK!
