Robert arrived on time and got the repair in a timely manner. He (and his trainee) were super helpful and friendly. We were disheartened to hear that our initial Sears representative (Gabriel R.) that came to our house one week earlier on Sep. 28, 2023 didn't tell us that he actually had all of the parts necessary for our repair ON HIS TRUCK the day he came out and said that he needed to order parts - appears this may be a common occurrence with Gabriel R. We went an additional WEEK without our refrigerator because "Gabriel R." wasn't interested in performing the work to repair our refrigerator. I hope this information is acted upon by Sears. Again - Robert and his trainee were awesome!
