Samuel J installed a new compressor plus 2 other parts. He did so very professionally. Three other techs came out & just looked at it & ordered parts that weren't needed. Repair should have been done when the first three technicians came out. Samuel J got my fridge freezing again & is producing ice like the correct size and like new. I appreciate Samuel J!! Thank you!!!

The technician was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. My only complaint is that I was expecting a call before he arrived so I could tell him the symptoms of my refrigerator so he could bring the right parts. He must be very busy because he showed up just before 7:00 p.m. but he got the job done quick.
