Anthony went above and beyond for me and my household. We had a range that went out on us. We needed 3 separate appointments because numerous parts needed to be ordered. The last item that needed to be installed didn't register in the system that it had arrived at my house. My appointments kept getting cancelled because they could not see that the part had arrived. Needless to say, Anthony went out of his way to make sure that he got routed to us at the end of his day and took care of our install. Above and beyond service, I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Anthony!

My technician did a great job! He was fast and efficient. Now Sears customer service on the other hand is a different issue altogether. They kept sending me incorrect. ETA's of when the technician would arrive at my home. It also appears that they do not communicate with their repairman before they sent out a text or email to the customer. That was very confusing and frustrating. If they can fix this problem, this would be a 5 star service on every end. Teamwork makes a vision work!
