Dryer timer not working
Kelvin and his assistant were great. They arrived at the approximated time, were very courteous and professional gentlemen. Fixed the dryer very quickly. Great job!

Robert did a very good job in resolving my issue. He was very professional and was good at explaining to me what he was doing. He did have to listen to me complain about the fact that this was supposed to be fixed January 3 but no one called and no one showed up and could get no person on the phone to find out why. Right now I am on the fence about keeping my home warranty.

Larry was the second tech to come to repair my ice maker. I was very dissatisfied up to this point because the first tech did not correctly diagnose the problem. Larry was able to discover that it was a wiring/electrical issue rather than a problem with the ice maker itself and within an hour he had the problem repaired and the ice maker filling with water again - the other tech had never even checked to see that the system was functioning! I can highly recommend Larry for any repair needs!

Very nice person and checked out many of the components could find nothing wrong. He explained very well why he couldn't find anything as we couldn't reproduce the problem refrigerator and freezer work fine now but several days ago freezer was 40 and refrigerator 44 but working good now.
