Manuel was Great, Sears customer service SUCKS!!
Manuel arrived as scheduled on Monday, although Sears canceled my scheduled appointment on Friday without notice, and I could only contact them via AI, which was not much help. My refrigerator has been repaired thanks to Manuel, and I'm cancelling my Sears warranty. I did not sign up for your AI-only customer service. This service only allows you to choose certain questions should you have an issue. Sears does not offer live interaction with a live person, which prevents you from discussing serious issues. Everything has to go through AI, and only select questions or topics can be answered, leaving customers unsure about their concerns. Good-bye Sears and AI🤬😡CANCEL MY WARRANTY!!!
