Robert came by to follow up on an issue where water was leaking during wash cycle along with excessive vibration during spin cycle. While resolving another issue with agitator not working properly, he identified leak source as a recirculating hose that had come loose. The agitator is now working as designed and the washer seems to be working properly although the shut off after the spin cycle is still not what it should be. We'll watch the next few washes and see whether the shut off of the machine after the wash is less harsh.
