I was not smart and put too much in my freezer, which led to an ice buildup, impacting both the refrigerator's and freezer's ability to cool properly. Robert came to my house, quickly identified the issue, and was helpful in explaining how the side-by-side refrigerator and freezer work (in terms of how the cooling process works inside). He was kind despite the ridiculous reason that caused the trip (my ignorance). I greatly appreciated his expertise and kindness. He deserves a raise for kindly working with un-informed people like me!

Tech called to let me know about when he would arrive. He arrived on time , was polite, asked about the problems I was having. I showed him A/Cin attic and he went to work. Answered my questions, explained what he did to correct the problems he found. All systems were working. He cleaned up and prepared to leave. Showed me the payment process and said goodbye. This man was awesome, very knowledgeable, and didn't miss anything as best as I could see. Great job. I would use and recommend your services. Thank You Ray Moore
