Samuel did sn excellent job explaining what my cooking problem was. Showed me the resolution to the issue and proceeded to clean coils, re-arrange the shelving to ensure vent was not obstructed and cleaned the esos and leveled the refrig side to ensure door closed more easily. He was very knowledgeable.
