We've had our Sears maintenance agreement plan for over 40 consecutive years. We noticed that the quality of service dramatically declined when A&E technicians began working as Sears technicians. Recently, we concluded to cancel our partnership with Sears and request a refund because of the numerous and constant unfavorable experiences we encountered. But because of the technician who repaired our washing machine today and the technician who repaired our stove a couple of years ago, our faith in Sears is being restored. Both technicians displayed professional dispositions, was very knowledgeable with willingness to educate us on the repairs of our appliances. I do not recall the name of the technician that repaired our stove, He was a young black man. The technician who repaired our washing machine today name is Mr. James. Your highest rating is 5 but we give both of them a rating of 20. It would be an honor to have these two technicians assigned to our home for each of our service repair request. Thanks to them both and it was truly an honor to have them as technicians
