Great Service
I appreciated that Kelvin called me to give me a 2 hr window of when he planned to arrive at my home and then he called me again when he was enroute As a person that works from home, this was very helpful to make myself available for the repair visit.

Technician Larry notified me when he was in route to my home ad arrived at the projected arrival time. He was very professional and displayed very good customer service skills. He appeared to be very knowledgeable of the repairs needed and was very through with the installation. Upon replacing the part he explained what caused the malfunction and showed me the broken part that was preplaced. He started the dryer serveral times to ensure that it was properly working. I was very pleaased with his service.
