Zorn did a great job. He got here early and got everything done in a timely and professional manner. I just wish the whole experience had been that good. The 1st technician located the problem, but parts had to be ordered which took a week. When they came to put them in which they tried to reschedule, there was a part that wouldn't come loose. They had to order another part which took another week and finally today, Zorn got it finished. All in all, we were without a washer for over 3 weeks. We had to resort to a laundromat. I feel the time frame was unacceptable, but I didn't want to put that on Zorn.

Francisco was very helpful in diagnosing the issue with our fridge. We were impressed with his knowledge of different brands of appliances, due to the fact that the part for this fridge is not available, we will have to fork up more money for a new fridge.
