Kyle was amazing! Finally fixed our problem. Our overall experience was terrible but nothing to do with Kyle! Such a professional especially dealing with very unhappy customers. Our refrigerator has been out completely since last week of August! There has been 3 technicians that came out and order same parts twice and another technician that didn't come out and said he didn't have the tools to fix. The customer service team has no clue how to provide customer service or support. That part of our experience was horrible and I still have two open claims that I can't get help or information on!
