Review:Sears technician replaced the part in the refrigerator/Freezer. He said give it a day. Well the freezer made some ice alright. But today, 4/4/2025, after the icetray had ice in it, it started to spill water around the top of the freezer door, just like it did before. It looks like the problem has not been fixed. water still leaking out of the freezer top. This, after four Sears Technicians have. Come and try to fix it. How do you want me to rate the technicians? The problem remains I have water on the floor every time it tries to make ice????? So now what are you going to do??

Great experience with my technician, Kelvin. Very knowledgeable of my dryer (it’s very old). He was able to identify the problem within 7 minutes. He ordered the part and came by today to install. Very efficient and quick. Great personality!
