Joshua did a great job. He used his borescope to access the inside of the air conditioning units drain pain and show me its condition. He was then able to seal off the air leaks using tape and mastic.

The Service was excellent. It was very very frustrating to be unable to talk to a real person instead of an AI generated response. There should be a way to select "Other" instead of the limited responses offered.
