Our service technician (Brian) is excellent.He was extremely diligent, meticulous and professional while diagnosing our HVAC issue. He exercised patience and found the culprit-short circuit. We truly appreciate his honesty as a previous company suggested a more expensive repair.. I highly recommend Sears and Brian is an asset to the team.
