The Service was excellent. It was very very frustrating to be unable to talk to a real person instead of an AI generated response. There should be a way to select "Other" instead of the limited responses offered.

Had a washing machine leak last night about 5:30pm. Appeared to be a problem with the door seal/gasket on our 10 year old front loading washer. Called immediately for service and Michael L. was here by 10am this morning to diagnose and fix the issue. Seal was cleaned and reset in the opening and the machine was run through a quick cycle for testing. Normal operation now. Great communication, courteous and friendly service. Thank you, Michael!
