Archie was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it quickly. He also let us know what to watch for to prevent problems in the future. Our refrigerator is 19 years old and still going strong thanks to Archie.

Great job finally fixing what the previous guys didnt. At least they got the right parts but someone put a screw in the wrong place a year or so ago and caused a drum leak. Since they are the only service team.to work on it I actually expect them to come fix that!. What a voncept.
