The technician, Jaime, was very experienced and efficient. He found the problem, went to pick up a part, returned and installed so it was all completed with one visit. Exceptionally good and quick service at a reasonable cost.

1. First, we didn't seek the appointment for the appliance Repair. 2. Second, the appointment was for the Dryer Duct Cleaning. 3. We got sick of calling & asking not to send the same techs who were sent last time on Nov29th, 2023. 4. But you sent the tech for Appliance Repair -- just the opposite! 5. For this purpose, I called for hours (!) every day this past week & talked to multiple people on the phone for getting this, but the result turned out zero!! 6. The worst part is that Sears charged me $100 (every time) I called for making sure the purpose of the appointment... 7. Now, I will be calling Sears again for days to get refund for several hundred dollars... 8. The point is that It's not the Sears I have known for decades! 9. To close, you need to 'immediately' replace the 'tech support' that takes care of your communication, since it is real BAD!!
