No one showed up..so upset We had a time between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. we were home all day didn't go anywhere and he never showed up such BS

I got the WORST service from Sears Home Services, the customer service is terrible! A technician came to my place to supposedly fix my fridge. He did nothing and charged $ 140 dlls for gave me a telephone number and a false report. Had to solve it by myself, so I lost time and money, and Sears didn’t took any responsibility in this. So if you don’t want to loose money and you want to save your self from a bad experience, NEVER hire Sears.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Tech Donavon looked at my appliance for less than 5 minutes. He only took off the front panel and looked at it, didn't even try to figure out what the issue was. Then, he didn't even put the panels back on, and just left a huge mess behind him. He refused to answer my questions and said he'd issue an inspection report which I PAID FOR BUT NEVER RECEIVED. It took trying over 100 different phone numbers in order to reach a real person with Sears Home Services. After finally reaching a real person, I was promised to receive my report within 24 hours. I have called every single day since and been promised every single day to receive this report and 11 days later STILL NO REPORT. This is not how a professional company should run. SHAMELESS.

I was charged $174 for labor, just for a button to be turned to “cool”. The tech was not even there more than 15 mins. This service is a scam. I blame Sears not the tech.

The technician NEVER showed up. He falsified documents that I DID NOT SIGN. If I could rate NO stars, I would. He NEVER came to the, he did NOT do any work; I did not sign ANYTHING and nothing was repaired. This tech is totally dishonest

After waiting all day, the Technician NEVER showed up. I called Sears at 7pm and spoke with agent. He told me I would have to wait 48 hours for a dispatcher to call me!! He would not reschedule an appt for me. I called back this morning and now, once again, have an appt for tomorrow. Cross your fingers someone shows up!!

These people have horrible customer service. They will cancel your appointment and say they reached out when they didnt. You will call them back to ask why they cancelled and they will tell you that the technician will come back. At the end of day, you will call back asking for technician and they will say you need a new workorder so cant reschedule.
