Tech was professional, friendly and answered all my questions.

After waiting and waiting since the week of August 25, the repairs are finally, hopefully completed… Mark came today, on time, very professional. He was timely in his work, and gave me useful info about the washer problem. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The Scheduling system however, is horrible and not very user friendly. You can NOT talk to a human for anything, EVER! The text msgs or emails that are sent or sporadic, and oftentimes confusing. By the time a repairman gets to your home, you are just exhausted from trying to see when, exactly someone will arrive to fix the issue. I would have called another repair company, but I do have a Sears Maintenance Plan which paid for the services. I don’t blame Mark or any of the other guys that I did talk to, they just do the actual repairs—so it’s not their fault. Sears scheduling dept.needs to do a better job on correctly scheduling the work and then following through in a reasonable time. They are wasting the professional technicians time and my time.

The repair man was experienced and knew what to look for.

Jamie is excellent at what he does! He has lots of work experience and was able to find and fix the issue on the first attempt. He has great work ethic and I enjoyed the sharing of knowledge during the repairs. Highly recommend him!

Francisco was VERY ATTENTIVE to the details. My refrigerator was making a very loud and aggravating noise. He patiently took the machine apart without any problems and although it took a minute to defrost all of the ice that was on the motor— he did it. He carefully replaced all the necessary parts and reassembled everything. I will admit the technician that came BEFORE him didn’t properly assess the situation and just guessed at what parts to order. Granted we only needed 2 of the 5 parts, but it was because of Francisco’s experience that he knew he needed to be more proactive and look before he just replaced unnecessary parts. Saved MONEY! And I appreciate that!! If I have another issue with ANY APPLIANCES…I’ll be REQUESTING FRANCISCO!! This warranty is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

The technician was very thorough and let us know what we needed to do to repair the washing machine.

Jaime came out to check my A/C after it had leaked. We got to sears through my home warranty but Jaime was great, he changed my filter and cleaned the vent off (not the service he was called for) then he checked what he needed and even told me how to fix it next time. He was very professional, courteous, and time efficient.
