I love using Sears instead of my home warranty & I wish I had them as my home warranty but some of my current coverage they don’t offer. Yet for serious appliance issues i call them every time, regardless if it’s going to cost me more out of pocket. I have the peace of mind they’ll do the job correctly & not damage my things in the process
