The Technician was very knowledgeable of my Kenmore Elite front loader. He replaced the drain loader and cleaned the Dryer like a true professional.

Mark was very pleasant to work with and was able to do the job very quickly. A problem I have isn’t with the technician, rather with the charging policies. I had taken the part off to be replaced. There was payment for the part, easy to understand. What the tech did was put the replacement part in place, tightened a screw, and that was it. Literally a less than a minute’s worth of labor. The “standard labor charge” was $300! That was outrageous to me. Great experience with them from the technician side, but absolutely unreasonable labor charges.
