Paul is an incredibly experienced senior tech who was able to diagnose and repair our dryer within an hour including getting parts from the warehouse. He’s very amicable and took time to explain what the issue was with my dryer. I would request him anytime! Great job and customer service. He was so convincing that I ended up getting the whole house repair warranty program.
