Technician was great but the ability to get information about when he might actually arrive was awful. Text message with link was not helpful. Chat subjects were not applicable. Inability to speak to someone frustrating. Horrible experience all around:

Technician Kelvin was very professional, friendly and explained everything well. Very pleased with our technician and his work, but Sears has issues with scheduling, delays with ordering parts and one of the scheduled repair days was a no call/no show. Very frustrating when you plan your day and no one shows up. As of today - thanks to Kelvin -our repair has been done and done correctly! Thank you, Kelvin!
