The tech was very kind and apologize for having to comeback to finished the job correctly, but the phone service from sears is the worst , there are no humans on the line all AI it took me 3 weeks to get someone to repair the fridge they need to do much better

Thanks to Kevin Rives our washer is back to normal. Unfortunately it took a couple of appointment rescheduled for someone who knows how to work with the type of washer we had, but Thankfully in the end Kevin was able to fix it.

Good repair on Washing Machine. Would have been better to have completed in one visit, but needed to order simple part. Overall, Sears is a good Warranty Program.

I contacted Sears regarding my broken dishwasher. It took two repairmen and different appointments to come out to assess the issue. The repairmen were both very friendly; however, they weren't able to properly diagnose or fix the issue, so I still have a broken dishwasher with the same issues.🤨

He was ok. Gave me a repair estimate but I opted for a new machine instead. Too bad he couldn’t drain my old one for me while he was here. I had to call another appliance repair company to do that for another $100 charge so it can be removed. Doubtful I will use sears appliance service again.

The Tech was competent and professional, worthy of 5 stars, but 3 stars are for the price, which was steep. The replacement parts came to $103 but would have been $20 tops online. Labor was $300 bucks for a 1 hour job. I could have bought a brand new drier for a few bucks more than it cost to replace a rubber tension pulley.
