He was polite, easy to understand and answered my questions. He was here to install a dryer part that had to be ordered (a few weeks ago) at a service/ diagnostic call, and he remembered me.

Will only comment in the technician who performed the work, not the incredibly redundant and annoying registration process. Oops, commented on that😂. The technician, however, who showed up 5 minutes before the time window would have elapsed (but "on time" nonetheless😤) did a most excellent and thorough job of identifying, and fixing, the problem. Nice guy, knew what he was doing, I'm fully satisfied with his work.
