The technician arrived on time and was very kind and respectful. He assured me he had what my refrigerator needed to fix the problem. He fixed it in no time and now I don't have to worry about it not working properly. Thanks to the technician that knew how to do his job. Thanks to Sears as well. I am a Happy customer.
